PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working screen display system for displaying a working screen for supporting plant monitoring/maintenance inspection on a mobile terminal without making a worker to perform any complicate operation.SOLUTION: A Web server 2 includes a work log DB 24 in which the information of a screen operation performed by a worker during work is stored as a work log in association with the screen, and work log recording means 23 is configured to record the work log in the work log DB 24, and display information generation means 22 is configured to, when receiving a display request for the working screen to the work of the worker from a mobile terminal 1, calculate significance for each screen displayed during work of the worker by referring to the work log DB 24, and to determine the ratio of the display size of each screen corresponding to the calculated significance, and to generate the information of the working screen configured by each screen having the determined display size, and to transmit it to the mobile terminal 1.
