The present invention relates to a device to measure a damage rate of a pipe coating of a pipe applying an anticorrosion current by an external power method or a forced drainage method. The device to measure the damage rate of the pipe coating comprises: a source unit applying a current to a pipe such that the pipe maintains an electric potential equal to or less than a reference electrode potential value; a detecting unit installed in the pipe, measuring the current applied to the pipe; and a terminal receiving a value of the current applied to the pipe from the detecting unit, and calculating the damage rate of the pipe coating using a calculation equation. The device to measure the damage rate of the pipe coating is able to measure the damage rate of the coating and corrosion of an entire pipe; thereby improving safety and pipe management efficiency. |
