The present invention provides an energy harvesting device using exhaled breath, which can harvest energy from very weak breathing, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the energy harvesting device using exhaled breath comprises: a substrate; a lower electrode disposed on a portion of the substrate; an insulation layer disposed on the substrate and on the lower electrode; and an upper electrode disposed on the insulation layer, but not disposed on the lower electrode, wherein a portion of the lower electrode is exposed.
