A powdered food composition for substituted food of the present invention comprises: 50-80 wt% of grains consisting of brown rice, beans, barley, and adlay; and 20-50 wt% of vegetables consisting of sweet potato, burdock, pumpkin, balloon flower roots, white radish, and mushrooms. To prepare the powdered food composition for substituted food of the present invention, the grains and the vegetables are completely dried in the sun and wind and then roasted in a big iron pot for 10-20 minutes. Cutting the vegetables into a proper size is desired before air drying. The roasted grains and vegetables are ground using a grinder to make powder. The content of each grain and vegetable based on the weight in a completely dried state is as follows: 30-50 wt% of brown rice, 20-40 wt% of beans, 20-30 wt% of barley, and 10-20 wt% of adlay in the grains; and 20-30 wt% of burdock, 20-30 wt% of balloon flower roots, 20-30 wt% of pumpkin, 10-20 wt% of sweet potato; 10-20 wt% of white radish, and 10-20 wt% of mushrooms in the vegetable. |
