According to an embodiment of the present invention, a foldable seat for a vehicle can comprise: a seat; a back seat connected to the seat to be foldable; a front leg member to fixate the front surface unit of the seat on a vehicle frame; a leg latch unit to selectively fixate the rear surface unit of the seat on the vehicle frame; a hinge unit to connect the front leg member and the seat and to rotate the seat; a gas spring unit whose one end is connected to the front leg member, whose other end is connected to the frame of the seat, and which applies elasticity recovering force when the frame of the seat rotates around the hinge unit; and a fixing unit to connect each of both ends of the gas spring unit, respectively, to the seat and the front leg member and to fixate them. The present invention provides a foldable seat for a vehicle, which is able to be folded or unfolded with only a little force and has an improved structure of seat to make the folding or unfolding process of the seat in between a sitting position and folded position smoother. |
