The present invention relates to a high-performance fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) for construction and civil engineering materials and to a FRP electric pole produced therefrom. The high-performance FRP has excellent functionality as a nonconductor having light weight, high strength, and high shock absorption, wherein the nonconductor can be used for construction and civil engineering materials comprising electric poles, street lights and a steel tower.
