摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device capable of safe and reliable recovery when communication failure occurs in packet communication such as a DECT ULE communication, in which packet communication is performed by using consecutive packet numbers regardless of the stop of radio communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication device includes: radio communication means 100 for transmitting and receiving data made into a packet; packet number storage means 106 for storing a packet number assigned to the received packet; authentication key storage means 107 for storing an authentication key for authenticating a communication opposite party; packet encryption key storage means 108 for storing a packet encryption key for encrypting a packet. The radio communication device encrypts a packet by using the packet number and the packet encryption key, and transmits and receives it. The radio communication device performs control by authenticating the communication opposite party if communication failure occurs, and if the communication opposite party is an authorized communication opposite party, updating the encryption key for packet communication, returning the packet number to an initial value, and resuming the packet communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
