PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, when a positional deviation between a generating part and a take-out part of a driving force is large, particularly when a drive part is heavy, since deflection is generated caused by generated moment to cause tilt or deflection, stable take-out of driving force cannot be achieved.SOLUTION: A driving device includes: a plurality of vibrators that vibrate with an applied high frequency voltage; a friction member that is frictionally in contact with the vibrator; and a pressure applying part for pressure-welding the vibrator to the friction member. In the driving device in which the plurality of vibrators is arranged and one driving force is extracted by moving the plurality of vibrators against the friction member in a relative moving direction, a position of extracting the driving force is a middle position of the plurality of vibrators in an arrangement direction of the plurality of vibrators and in the neighborhood of a frictional contact position in the pressure application direction of the pressure applying part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
