PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof electromagnetic actuator having a novel structure capable of controlling an operation in a higher frequency range and giving sufficiently large generation power, and an active fluid sealed type vibration-proof device and an active vibration control device having a novel structure using the above actuator.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof electromagnetic actuator 10 has such a configuration that a movable element 70 having an overlapped structure of a permanent magnet 104 and inner yokes 106, 108 is inserted to a cylindrical stationary element 68 having a structure of mounting an outer yoke 76 on a coil 74, and that the movable element 70 relatively displaces in an axial direction with respect to the stationary element 68 by energization of the coil 74. An outer circumference edge of the inner yokes 106, 108 is formed into a thick part 112 having a large axial dimension; and an inner circumference part of the inner yokes 106, 108 has a thickness reduction part 110, in which an axial dimension of the inner yokes 106, 108 is smaller in a part where the thickness reduction part 110 is formed than in the thick part 112.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
