PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a grounding fault phenomenon from a restriking arc from being caused by electrical discharge between electrodes without increasing the size of a disconnector.SOLUTION: A disconnector includes: a fixed conductor having an end part and a recessed part; a fixed shield fixed to the end part and having an end surface and a through hole; a movable conductor having one end, which may be inserted into the recessed part, and an outer peripheral surface; a movable shield having an end surface facing or contacting with the end surface of the fixed shield and an inner peripheral surface configured to engage with the outer peripheral surface of the movable conductor; a driving part which moves the movable conductor and the movable shield between a first state, in which the movable conductor and the movable shield face and separate from the fixed conductor and the fixed shield, and a second state, in which the one end of the movable conductor is inserted into and contacts with the recessed part of the fixed conductor and the end surface of the movable shield contacts with the end surface of the fixed shield; and a closed vessel housing the fixed conductor, the fixed shield, the movable conductor, and the movable shield.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
