PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit in which holding power with respect to a fixture body is enhanced, and a lighting fixture using the same.SOLUTION: A second cover body 29 has a pair of standing wall parts 293 facing each of a pair of side wall parts 212 in a state of being mounted on a mounting member 21. A hook member 30 has a first projection part 3011 projecting to the opposing standing wall part 293 side out of the pair of standing wall parts 293. At least one standing wall part 293 opposing to the hook member 30 out of the pair of standing wall parts 293 has a deflection part and a regulation part. The deflection part deflects by the first projection part 3011 coming into contact when the hook member 30 moves. The regulation part regulates the hook member 30 moving to a second position in a state where the deflection part is returned to the original position by moving the hook member 30 to the first position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
