摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find the minimum spacing distance between electric wires with high accuracy and easiness in spite of conditions related to the span between steel towers.SOLUTION: A computer 100 for calculation includes: a design information accept unit 141 which accepts input of design information including a design value of two transmission line towers disposed at both ends of the same span between towers; a closest approach position specification unit 142 which, based on the design information accepted by the design information reception unit 141, specifies the closest approach position and the closest approach distance obtained by minimizing the spacing distance between one electric wire and the other electric wire when one electric wire and the other electric wire suspended between the two transmission line towers are swung by a predetermined wind speed, using a nonlinear programming method; and a presentation unit 143 which proposes the closest approach position and the closest approach distance in a visible form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
