PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavelength conversion element capable of efficiently using generated fluorescent light, and to provide a light source unit and a projector.SOLUTION: A wavelength conversion element includes: a wavelength conversion layer that emits fluorescent light; a dielectric multilayer film; an intermediate layer disposed between the dielectric multilayer film and the wavelength conversion layer, which has the refraction index larger than that of the wavelength conversion layer and transmits the fluorescent light emitted from the wavelength conversion layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
