PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device capable of suppressing deviations in timing when data potentials are written to data lines, and further to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: An electro-optical device 100 writes data potentials S1, S2 through Sn to data lines 6a in time series in each of blocks B1, B2 through Br on the basis of control signals P1, P2, P3 and P4 supplied from a plurality of control signal lines 11 while outputting the data potentials S1, S2 through Sn specifying gradation of pixels 100a from data output lines 17 for each of the blocks B1, B2 through Br. In this case, there is a case where there is a great difference in time constant due to parasitic capacitance among surrounding wiring and the plurality of control signal lines 11 and wiring leading-out lengths in the plurality of control signal lines 11. Additional capacitance 14 suppressing deviations in time constant in the plurality of control signal lines 11 is connected to the plurality of control signal lines 11.
