PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract action network information for human action understanding with high accuracy.SOLUTION: When extracting action network information for action prediction in a specific situation, an action node feature analysis processing part 3 determines a center action node showing the most characteristic action expression in the specific situation on the basis of the frequency of occurrence of an action expression obtained from document information including a situation word showing the specific situation extracted from large-scale text and the co-occurrence frequency of other action expressions co-occurring with the action expression. Next, the action node feature analysis processing part calculates the importance of the action node on the basis of the length of a bus from an action node showing the action expression to a center action node. Then, the action node feature analysis processing part selects an action node on the basis of the value of the importance from a set of action nodes of an action expression obtained from the document information, and generates network information with the selected action node as a component as the action network information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
