PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adaptation to difference and change in the format of measurement data from measurement instruments when collecting the measurement data from various measurement instruments.SOLUTION: A data acquisition unit acquires measurement data from a measurement instrument, a conversion rule specification unit specifies a conversion rule corresponding to the type of the measurement instrument from conversion rules which are stored while previously associated with identification information of measurement instruments and designate data formats of measurement data, a data conversion unit converts the format of the measurement data acquired by the data acquisition part into a data format designated by the conversion rule specified by the conversion rule specification part, and a transmission unit transmits the converted measurement data and data format information showing the data format designated by the specified conversion rule to a data collection device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
