The invention relates to an amendment for acidic soils and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the amendment comprises 50...60% CaO, 4...8% AlO, 15...20% SiOand 7...12% MgO. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in processing LF slag by crushing the large lumps, followed by coarse grinding, separation of hard fraction having the particle size over 3 mm, fine grinding up to a particle size of less than 0.09 mm, deferrization and homogenization, to result in a powder with a grain size of 0.1 mm, at the most. |
