摘要 The invention relates to a process for producing curved sandwich panels with multicellular core, obtained by assisted bonding in vacuumed bags, the claimed panels being meant for monohull-like structures for aircraft constructions, having increased resistance and rigidity as well as a weight as reduced as possible. According to the invention, the process comprises the following stages: cleaning the curved face (1) of the panel, on the side on which the core will be bonded, cleaning the cellular core (2) on the side on which the panel will be bonded, applying an adhesive layer or film (3), such as ARALDITE AW 106, placing the core onto the panel face, applying a stripping foil onto the core side which is not subjected to bonding, packing the whole assembly in a breather which allows the extraction of air from inside using the vacuum bagging technology, fixing two or more perforated channels with an adhesive tape, in order for them to permit the extraction of air from inside the bag, packing the whole assembly in a tight polyethylene bag which is resistant to the adhesive polymerization temperature, coupling the vacuum tubes to other non-perforated tubes which tightly penetrate the vacuum bag, connecting the non-perforated tubes to a vacuum pump by means of a valve, followed by the controlled extraction of air from the bag and by the introduction of the whole assembly into a furnace, for adhesive polymerization, the above-mentioned operations being then repeated for the other side of the core (2).
