The present invention relates to methylene blue nanoparticles for a bioimaging and photodynamic therapy, and to use of the same as a cancer medicine and a contrast agent. The methylene blue nanoparticles used as a local cancer-targeting phototherapeutic agent is composed of only a material being clinically used or derived from a human body, so as to be a nano-preparation having a low barrier to clinical entry and having high commercializing possibility, and can be simultaneously used in bioimaging diagnosis such as optical imaging or the like and cancer-targeting photodynamic treatment by presenting near-infrared fluorescence with cancer targeting properties, and a singlet oxygen generating performance. |
