PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving cooling performance of a stack unit having a plurality of power cards and a plurality of coolers stacked according to the present invention.SOLUTION: A stack unit according to the disclosure of the present invention has a plurality of power cards and a plurality of coolers stacked. Each cooler comprises: a resin-made main body having therein a flow passage through which a liquid refrigerant passes, the main body being provided with openings in both surfaces facing adjacent power cards; and two metal plates facing each other through an opening, one surface covering the opening and the other surface facing the power card.Each metal plate is arranged in parallel with a direction of a flow of the liquid refrigerant in the main body, and has a plurality of flexible cylinders on the one surface.
