PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which the second alternative user cannot perform alternative printing if the second alternative user is not set as the alternative user at the first time point in a case where the first alternative user who is registered as the alternative user by the user for alternative printing of a print job asks the second alternative user to perform alternative printing.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus of this invention performs control so as to make printing possible when entry/exit states 1003 of a print execution user and a creation user are the same on the basis of the entry/exit state 1003 of the creation user creating print data so as to make the print execution user print a document and the entry/exit state 1003 of the print execution user executing printing, performs control so as to make printing impossible when the entry/exit states 1003 of both users are different from each other, and performs control so as to make printing possible without performing determination on the entry/exit states 1003 when the creation user and the print execution user are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
