PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of parallel settlement processing in charge payment by electronic money settlement.SOLUTION: A management device 100 stores the identification number of a medium being used for settlement processing as settlement use information, and when receiving a collation destination request signal from a reader/writer 400, confirms whether or not an identification number included in the collation destination request signal is included in the stored settlement use information, and when the identification number is not included in the settlement use information, stores the identification number as the settlement use information, and selects one collation device 200 from among a plurality of collation devices 200, and transmits collation destination information including the address of the selected collation device 200 to the reader/writer 400, and when the identification number is included in the settlement use information, transmits parallel settlement notification to the reader/writer device 400, and when receiving a collation result from the collation device 200, deletes the identification number of the medium being used for the settlement processing corresponding to the collation result from the settlement use information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 |
