PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-based intermetallic compound alloy excellent in light weight property and oxidation resistance and exhibiting sufficient strength and durability even under high temperature environment and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A Ni-based intermetallic compound alloy 10 has a double phase structure 16 consisting of a pro-eutectoid L1phase 12 and a (L1+D0) eutectoid structure 14. Also it contains Al, V and Ni in a composition area forming the double phase structure 16 as elemental constitutional elements and the total of the composition including the basic constitutional elements and Si becomes 100 at% by reducing the content of one element of the basic constitutional element and adding Si.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
