The present invention relates to Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. noodles manufactured by adding Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. to grain powder, which is a main ingredient of the noodles, in the case of making noodles and, more specifically to a method for manufacturing noodles containing Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. to allow effective components of Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. contained in the noodles to be kept for a long time and to the noodles manufactured thereby. The noodles according to the present invention contains effective components of Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. and through fermentation: the bitterness of Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. is reduced; the absorption rate into the human body is increased; and the loss of the effective components of Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. is prevented through fermentation, and thereby people can get the components effective on the human body and enjoy the unique taste and scent of Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq. when people eat the noodles. In addition, the preservability is improved by emulsifying the components of Glehnia littoralis F. Schmidt ex Miq., so as to prevent the same from going bad or spoiling and side effects due to the overeating of noodles. |
