PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground resistance measurement device capable of accurately calculating the scale of a ground resistance between a device ground point and a remote power supply ground point and the operation method.SOLUTION: The ground resistance measurement device is configured to measure the ground resistance of an AC power supply side, and electrically connected to a device input side which supplies an AC power supply. The ground resistance measurement device includes: a DC power supply generation circuit; and a DC voltage detection circuit. The DC power supply generation circuit receives the AC power supply, and converts the AC power supply into a DC power supply for generating a DC resistance voltage at both ends of the ground resistance. The DC voltage detection circuit calculates and detects the scale of the ground resistance by using such characteristics that when the sum of the DC components of an AC power supply circuit is 0, a measured DC voltage difference value between the device input side and a device ground point is equal to the DC resistance voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
