PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve downsizing of a motor compressor.SOLUTION: A boss part 23, which is located at an outer side relative to a circuit board 19 in a plane direction of the circuit board 19 and recessed to an end wall 13a side of a suction housing 13 to house a part of a bolt 40, is provided at a cover 20.
