PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and form a process of manufacture of an internal structure of a slide bearing bush.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a process of manufacture of a slide bearing bush operated in such a way that as a result of press fitting a slide bearing bush into a passing opening part of an outside tool 2 while reducing an outer diameter and an inner diameter of a bearing range 10 of the slide bearing bush under application of an inside tool 3, an inner surface part of the bearing range 10 is pushed against the outer surface of the inside tool and the inner structure acting as a female die of the structure part 31 at the outer surface part of the inside tool 3 is formed into the inner surface part in the bearing range, the slide bearing bush is removed from the passing opening part of the outside tool and the slide bearing bush is expanded in a radial direction to enable the inside tool to be removed from the slide bearing bush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
