PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in winding position for element wire, by improving the ability to follow fluctuation in tension of the element wire.SOLUTION: A winding machine comprises: a drum rotating-and-driving part that rotates and drives an element wire drive 1; a reel rotating-and-driving part that rotates and drives a reel; and a control part. The control part adjusts rotating speed of the element wire drum 1 and rotating speed of the reel, thereby adjusting tension of the element wire 3 being drawn. Fluctuation in tension of the element wire 3 can be absorbed by a tension fluctuation absorbing part 70. The tension fluctuation absorbing part 70 has a movable roller 73 around which the element wire 3 is wound and movable in a predetermined direction according to a fluctuation in tension of the element wire 3. The position of the movable roller 73 is measured by a roller position measuring part 80. The control part adjusts rotating speed of the element wire drum 1 on the basis of the position of the movable roller 73 measured by the roller position measuring part 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
