PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to accurately determine an impact given on a natural environment by the execution of a contraction in various constructions.SOLUTION: An environmental impact evaluation device for evaluating an impact given on an environment by a construction includes: an environment evaluation object input part for inputting the type of a construction as the object of evaluation; an environmental impact factor extraction part for, on the basis of the type of the construction input by the environment evaluation object input part, extracting an environmental impact factor determined to give an impact on an environment when the input type of construction is performed; and an environmental impact value calculation part for calculating an environmental impact value indicating an impact given on the environment by the environmental impact factor extracted by the environmental impact factor extraction part on the basis of a reference value set for each environmental impact factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
