The invention relates to a portable automatized system for quickly preparing biodiesel fuel starting from a primary mixture of vegetable oil and methanol, without requiring the use of auxiliary catalysts. According to the invention, the system comprises two mixture tanks (1, 2) of equal volumes and a recycling system consisting of two electric oil pumps (6, 7) of any type, provided that the material the pumps are made of has good resistance in time to the action of vegetable oil and methanol, the primary mixture of vegetable oil and methanol being pumped by the first oil pump (6) through a cold-plasma reactor (3) wherefrom, under the effect of gravity, it reaches the lower tank (2) and its minimum and maximum level within the tank (2) are signalled by a level detector (8) which may be of any type, provided that it outputs a logical signal when the maximum or minimum level is reached, the said signals being taken over by a main control circuit (5) which controls the two recycling pumps (6, 7) and a high voltage source (4), depending on the state of the two levels, the main control circuit (5) being based on a microcontroller, where the high voltage source (4) is required to output a high voltage in the range of 10000...12000 V needed for the cold discharge to be primed and maintained in the plasma reactor (3). |
