The present invention relates to a grouting apparatus for reinforcing a suction bucket foundation installing ground, and a suction bucket foundation and a suction bucket foundation construction method using the same. To this end, the present invention may provide the suction bucket foundation which comprises: a main body having an upper part closed with an upper plate, a lower part configured to have an opened hollow column shape, and a column surface configured to have a skirt part penetrated into the seabed; a grout supply unit configured at the upper plate, and formed in a tube bag type to house grout therein; and an injection tube having one end connected to the grout supply unit and the other end connected to an injection unit formed in a lower part of a skirt unit to become a moving path of the grout, wherein the grout housed in the grout supply unit is injected into the soft ground via the injection unit to improve the soft ground, when the skirt unit is penetrated into a soft ground. Thereby, the present invention may smoothly inject the grout into the soft ground and accordingly enhance uplift bearing capacity even in the soft ground.
