Disclosed is a remote control system for a boat, which includes a boat and a remote control device capable of remotely controlling the boat. The boat includes: a hull; a propeller coupled to the hull; a camera module coupled to the hull; a steering gear coupled to the hull; a clutch coupled to the hull and including a clutch lever; and a first wireless communication module coupled to the hull. The remote control device includes: a remote control housing spaced from the hull; a second wireless communication module coupled to the remote control housing and capable of transmitting/receiving signals to/from the first wireless communication module; a display device located inside the remote control housing and wirelessly connected to the camera module to display video information of the camera module; a speed controller located inside the remote control housing and wirelessly connected to the propeller to control the propeller; a steering gear controller located inside the remote control housing and wirelessly connected to the steering gear to control the steering gear; and a clutch lever controller located inside the remote control housing and wirelessly connected to the clutch lever to control the clutch lever.
