FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing devices. It can be used in chemical, construction, food industry as device required for intensification of mass exchange processes, for alignment of concentrations and temperature in entire volume of liquid. Mixing device consists of engine, working elements and actuating mechanism, which is installed on housing cover. Actuating mechanism consists of crank-and-rocker mechanism, rocker on shaft of which is fixed central gear, which in its turn is connected with peripheral sprockets via chain with tension roller. Arrangement of sprockets is determined by technological process and shape of reactor. Working elements are connected to shafts of sprockets.EFFECT: higher efficiency and intensity of heat-mass transfer in different volumes of industrial reactors.1 cl, 3 dwg |
