The present invention provides a process for the production of a plasmonic sensor from gold nanoparticles obtained by ultrasound-assisted spray pyrolysis and coated with SiO2, which is obtained by ultrasound-assisted spray pyrolysis, said nanoparticles acting as plasmonic sensors capable of detecting dispersed nanoparticles, biological molecules, metals, among others. The present invention further provides a simple, low cost and versatile process. |
