FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics and can be used to predict values hydrodynamics in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma, which are natives of central black earth region of Russia. Invention involves blood sampling, DNA recovery from peripheral venous blood, analysis of polymorphism of IGF-1 c.-1410T > C.
