摘要 The present invention relates to a technology for developing an optimal reinforced carbon fiber composite material, which is used to configure small vessels, based on international standards. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and method for optimizing the design of a carbon fiber composite material through an optimal structure member design while obtaining physical properties reflecting the characteristics of the reinforced carbon fiber composite material based on international standards and ensuring the safety of the structure member accordingly. According to the present invention, the system includes: a crucial specification analysis unit which extracts specification information required to compute a design load from crucial specifications of a designed vessel and determines a design area to compute the design load; a design standard determining unit which determines the optimal design load in accordance with the determined design area based on at least one international standard; a required thickness estimating unit which estimates the required thickness of an outer plate of the designed vessel in accordance with the optimal design load determined based on the international standard; and an optimal lamination number determining unit which determines the optimal lamination number with respect to an impregnation rate of the composite material for forming the outer plate in the required thickness estimated in advance. The method is executed based on the system.
