The present invention relates to a laser processing system and a laser processing method. According to embodiments of the present invention, a laser processing system comprises: a beam splitter dividing a laser beam emitted from a laser light source into a processing beam and a measuring beam; a sensor unit measuring intensity of the measuring beam coming from the beam splitter; a control unit determining whether change in the intensity of the measuring beam in accordance with time is in the predetermined tolerance; and a shutter blocking the processing beam to proceed when determining change in the intensity of the measuring beam in accordance with time is out of the tolerance in the control unit.
