The present invention relates to a smart parking management system and, more specifically, to a smart parking management system performing security/crime prevention functions and parking management at the same time. To this end, the smart parking management system includes: a photographing unit photographing a vehicle number within a parking lot and a background image at the same time; a smart parking management unit receiving the vehicle number and the background image and performing parking management and security/crime prevention; and a terminal connected to the smart parking management unit and receiving a parking path of a vehicle. |
