The method involves providing a cardboard sheet (2a) equipped with homogeneously distributed perforations (3), and placing the sheet in a mold. A precursory mixture of polyurethane foam is injected into the mold. End of expansion of the foam is awaited, so as to obtain a rigid body (4) including a foam core (5) over molding the sheet, where the foam crosses the sheet by the perforations to constitute a network of foam shown on an outer face (7) of the sheet. The body is unmolded, and a coating layer (8a) is associated against the sheet, where the layer is adhered to the studs. An independent claim is also included for a car. |
