Disclosed is a nutritional composition, preferably an infant formula, comprising at least 7 mg/L of RRR-alpha tocopherol (Vitamin E), at least 60 mg/L of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), at least 110 mg/L of arachidonic acid (ARA), and preferably comprising at least 130 mg/L of vitamin C. Also disclosed is the use of the nutritional formula to improve brain development and cognitive performance in an individual, specifically in an infant. |
