FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved reactor with a toroidal layer and a method of processing material in form of particles. Device for processing of material in the form of particles contains a working chamber with one or several inlet holes for processed material intake and one or several outlet holes for processed material, whereupon the working chamber has annular treatment zone and multiple inlets for fluid treatment composition in the base of annular zone configured so that when in use the jets of fluid treatment composition are supplied into annular zone and make spiral flow of material. In the base of annular processing zone there is one or several outlet holes for the processed material, which are surrounded by multiple inlets for fluid treatment composition which results in spiral material flow circulation around one or several outlet holes. Working chamber is additionally equipped with deflector for spiral flow of material in annular zone in radial direction inside form spiral flow which makes material to come out of the working chamber via one or several outlet holes for the processed material.EFFECT: invention provides effective treatment of material and obtaining high-quality, more evenly processed material.13 cl, 3 dwg |
