The present invention relates to an upper cover of a secondary heat exchanger for a condensing boiler. The present invention is developed to improve heat exchanging efficiency of combustion gas. According to a configuration of the present invention, a primary heat exchanger (20) is provided to an upper portion of a combustion chamber of a condensing boiler, the combustion gas exchanges heat with heating water through a secondary heat exchanger (30), and the combustion gas is moved along an exhaust passage of the secondary heat exchanger (30) to be discharged to an outlet (50) through an exhaust hole (41) of the upper cover (40).
