The present invention relates to an organic light emitting compound represented by chemical formula 1 and an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same. The organic light emitting compound according to the present invention more effectively implements light radiating from a dopant by decreasing a band gap of HOMO and LUMO, thereby being able to implement the organic electroluminescent device having various improved light emitting properties such as driving voltage, light emitting efficiency, luminance, thermal stability, and lifespan of the device.
