The present invention relates to an apparatus to block an entrance of a heat treatment furnace using a sensing type-air curtain, forming an air curtain not to allow external air to penetrate when allowing a heat treated object to enter through the entrance of the heat treatment furnace, and simultaneously forming an air curtain only when the heat-treated object enters. The apparatus to block the entrance of the heat treatment furnace using a sensing type-air curtain comprises: air curtain units (10, 20), an air supply unit (30), a sensor (40), and a control unit (50). The air curtain generation units (10, 20) are included to form an air curtain by supplying air from both lateral surfaces and the upper part of an entrance part (1) of the heat treatment furnace, and have a pair of ejection openings (11, 21). The air supply unit (30) is connected with the air curtain generation units (10, 20) through the supply pipes (12, 22) to supply air. The sensor (40) is positioned on one side of a lower part of the entrance part (1) to detect a heat treated object when the heat treated object enters. The control unit (50) operates the air supply unit (30) by receiving an applied signal, which is detected by the sensor (40), to supply air. According to the present invention, efficiency of heat treatment is able to be increased. |
