The present invention relates to a roaster apparatus capable of moving down from an indoor ceiling for use. In an embodiment, the roaster apparatus includes: a structure installed on the indoor ceiling; a guide unit connected to the structure and guiding a linear movement along upward and downward directions; an infrared radiation unit connected to a lower portion of the guide unit and radiating infrared downwardly; and a driving unit installed on the structure and elevating the infrared radiation unit. According to the present invention a user can rapidly roast food ingredients, roast food ingredients for a long time, or the like by variously adjusting the distance between the food ingredient and the infrared radiation unit. |
