Disclosed are an online sale platform system calling a product database by using open application program interface (API) and a method thereof. The online sale platform system comprises: an in-house product distributor terminal to upload product information of an in-house product, the corresponding payment information, and information of a distributor who sells the in-house product; a product information database to store the uploaded product information and the corresponding payment information; an online retail trader terminal to produce an online product stand through an open API call, collect the product information stored in the product information database in the online product stand, and display and sell the collected product information online through the open API call; a sales information database to store the uploaded distributor information and the information of the produced online product stand; an online sale API platform server to store the product information and the corresponding payment information uploaded in the online in-house product distributor terminal, to store the information of the online product stand produced in the online retail trader terminal in the sales information database, and to search and provide the product information collected by the online retail trader terminal from the product information database; a customer terminal to purchase the product information displayed on the online sale stand and to provide the corresponding purchase payment information; and a purchase payment information database to receive and store the purchase payment information of the customer terminal. |
