A seawater desalination system using dual heat source in accordance with the present invention comprises: a solar heat supplying device supplying hot water to a first heat source; a first heat storage unit storing the first heat source; a waste heat supplying device supplying hot water to a second heat source; a second heat storage unit storing the second heat source; a first branched unit connected to the first and the second heat storage units and selectively supplying the first heat source or the second heat source to one side of a heat source pipe; a multi-effect evaporative desalination device receiving the first heat source or the second heat source from the heat source pipe so as to perform a seawater desalination process; a second branched unit connected to the other side of the heat source pipe arranged in the multi-effect evaporative desalination device so as to selectively supply the first heat source or the second heat source used in the seawater desalination process to the first heat storage unit or the waste heat supply unit; and a control unit controlling the flow of the first heat source and the second heat source. The control unit controls: the operation of the firs branched unit so as to selectively supply the first heat source or the second heat source to the multi-effect evaporative desalination device; the operation of the second branched unit so as to resupply the first heat source used in the seawater desalination process to the first heat storage unit and the second heat source to the waste heat supply unit respectively.
