FIELD: oil industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for combustion of crude oil in order of its disposal. Burner for combustion of crude oil contains frame, mixing head fixed on frame and including compressed air supply unit, crude oil feed unit representing two circular collectors arranged coaxially and interconnected by two blind branch pipes, nozzles arranged in concentric circles and binding between compressed air supply unit and crude oil supply unit consisting of a tip in form of hollow cylinder connected to a unit for supply of crude oil, wherein in its outlet part of insert with shaped axial channel, at outlet part there are channels arranged at an angle to axis of the injector, sleeve with cylindrical inner surface, covering said nozzle and communicated with compressed air supply unit, at end of bushing is fixed nozzle, pilot-light burner located on axis of mixing head and fixed on frame, compressed air pipeline and crude oil pipeline connected with mixing head. Nozzles of mixing head can be located at an angle to its axis.EFFECT: technical result is reduction of environmental pollution due to more complete combustion of crude oil.1 cl, 6 dwg |
