The present invention relates to a waste film roll cutting device comprising: an inserting and removing measure which inserts and removes a wave film roll (50); a roll driving part (20) which drives the wave film roll (50) by being equipped with a driving measure to drive the wave film roll (50); a film cutting measure which cuts the wave film roll (50) which is rolling in the roll driving part (20); a film cutting part (30) equipped with left and right sliding measures to transport the film cutting measure to the left and right and cuts the wave film roll (50) driven at the roll driving part (20) in a longitudinal direction; and a cutting part inputting part (40) equipped with a forward and backward sliding measure to forwardly and backwardly transport the film cutting part (30). Therefore, the present invention allows selective cutting of the cutting part inputting part (40), thereby improving productivity for the recycling treatment of a waste film; and increases the recycling ratio of the films into a high quality and value synthetic resin material, thereby significantly improving economic efficiency. |
