FIELD: transportation.SUBSTANCE: bogie comprises frame (1), wheel drives (8), including traction motor, reduction gear, disk brake, car suspension springs with hydraulic damper and track brake. Frame is made of longitudinal (2) and transverse (3) beams connected by means of mounting rollers (4) installed at the ends of crosswise beams. Transverse beams are located below wheel axis. Each wheel (10) has individual suspension in the form of rocker (11) with damper (16) and is kinematically connected with traction motor (23) by means of input (25) and output (24) of reduction gears. Input reduction gear is fixed on bearing assembly of wheel on one side and on equalizer on the other side, and output reduction gear is fixed on the end side of traction motor. Gear units are interconnected via a dual hinge-sliding sleeve (26). Traction motors are installed at longitudinal frame beams between wheels so that their axes are parallel to the bogie lengthwise axis.EFFECT: reduced wear of wheels and rails, higher reliability and service life of truck.5 cl, 8 dwg |
